At American Duchess, we want you to be completely enchanted by your historical footwear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your shoes are in brand-new condition with no scuffs on the soles and include all original packaging and accessories.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Pack and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the box is securely taped.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
